I'm trying to create a class including Ticker library when using ESP32. A question asked here, concluded the situation. BUT after answered, I could not understand or even implement the answer.

You have already accepted an answer to your previous question. Why did you accept it if you did not understand it? The right thing to do would be to ask for clarification in the existing question, not asking the same question again and hope that this time you will understand the answer.
