I am doing a project involving connecting multiple environmental sensors to a MCU in order to collect data during an experiment.

I need a minimum of 15 analog differential input channels, with a minimum sample rate and output rate of 1. Once data is sampled, I need to be able to output and save it to a .csv file. I am looking for an MCU that meets these requirements and is Arduino IDE compatible as part of a non-functional requirement.

I have been researching the Atmel XMega C series and the A1u, but it does not appear to be Arduino-compatible. Other options I have heard of are the Beagle Bone and the SAM E70 which runs a ARM Cortex M7 series. I should mention that I have little experience in MCU, but I am willing to read if someone can point me in the right direction.
