All what i mean is how to get the character in a given position in Serial buffer, if you want more details here is what i need :

First of all I am using an Esp8266-01 (Wifi Chip) generic board with STM32f103c Bluepill microcontroller board, using stm32duino core, I program it using arduino IDE using the same language of arduino boards.

I connected the Esp8266 to hardware Serial1 of the BluePill, pins(PA2, PA3), the serial communication is active and works flawlessly at baudrate of 115200.

In a nutshell i am trying to make a simple web-server using the wifi chip i mentioned with the blupill, and i use AT commands to communicate with esp8266 via serial and I don't relay on any libraries, i setup the Esp8266 correctly connecting to my home wifi getting an ip adress, settupping server at that ip adress on port 80.

whenever I connect a device to that Ip adress data comes from the esp8266 like this through Serial

+IPD,0,40:GET / HTTP/1.1 Host: "IP adress" Connection: keep-alive Cache-Control: max-age=0 Upgrade-Insecure-Requests: 1 User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x8_4) AppleWebKit/537.3 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/71.0.3578.80 Safari/537.3 Accept: text/html,application/xhtml+xml,application/xml;q=0.9,image/webp,image/apng,*/*;q=0.8 Accept-Encoding: gzip, deflate Accept-Language: en-US,en;q=0.9,ar;q=0.8

all what I need is to save the character/number after "+IPD," which is in this case is 0 on a variable

how can i do this ?

Thanks in advance...
