Arduino sketch not uploading to Arduino Nano [duplicate]

Question

Port is detected and selected but sketch is not uploading to it. I am getting error:

In IDE in the Tools menu, select in submenu Processor the "Atmega 328P (Old Bootloader)" option.

The upload speed 115200 in your console output indicates the you try to upload for new bootloader. The fail to upload could indicate that your Nano has the old bootloader.
