The reason that I posted here, was that I was sure that there must be some Arduino people, that had tried something like this before. You have a very good question here, but I don't believe that it will get the attention it deserves on this site. However, if you move it to another site then the fact that you mention "Arduino" may bias people towards moving it back here even though it's not the important part. I honestly think you should post this on Stack Overflow but first obscure the Arduino with "embedded device", mentioning in passing that the device is an Arduino but that you're not actually asking for help with the Arduino (since serial transfer with it is a solved problem). | |
