So Sparkfun have taken the design files and made their own assembled PCB. Sparkfun have made their version smaller by not exposing all of the pins (eg. 11,12, A4, A5 etc.). They both use the ATmega32U4 microcontroller (which is also used on the Arduino Leonardo).
