Apr 18, 2016 at 12:35 comment added Greenonline Sorry to check your English, but when you say I don't know OR the breadboard and I cannot directly see or it's fried, do you mean if and not or, so that they should read as I don't know IF the breadboard and ` I cannot directly see if it's fried` - I only ask as I reviewed an edit to your question and swapped or for if as otherwise it didn't sound idiomatically correct.

Apr 18, 2016 at 10:35 comment added frarugi87 @ErikvandeVen usually if you can't understand if it is fried then it is not fried. When a breadboard "blows" the white plastic becomes black (and even then most of times it still works). To be sure, assemble your circuit, then check with a multimeter the resistance between each pin and the servo. I mean, touch the GND pin on the arduino and the GND pin on the servo and check that the resistance is low. Then do the same for the +5V and the signal..

Apr 18, 2016 at 10:30 comment added Erik van de Ven @frarugi87 Well the arduino is still functioning. I can upload and run software so that seems ok. I don't know OR the breadboard could be fried, that's my question, it's like you said a plastic cover so I cannot directly see or it's fried or not. So my question how can I determine or there's something wrong with the breadboard or not.
Apr 18, 2016 at 10:25 comment added Majenko Ah right - just a base/gate resistor. That's OK then.

Apr 18, 2016 at 10:18 comment added frarugi87 How did you understand that it was the breadboard? usually a breadboard is a plastic cover and metal contacts; if something is broken, then probably it's the arduino or the servo,..
Apr 18, 2016 at 9:49 comment added Majenko I didn't connect the resistor right - Resistor? With servos? Can you share your schematic please? It sounds like you are doing something wrong.
Apr 18, 2016 at 9:36 comment added Majenko I didn't know you could buy just one LED...
