Suggest me a power source for my this arduino unoArduino UNO project

I am working on a Project with a. 1 Arduino UNO b. 5 micro 9g servos (Only one Working at a time) c. 2 small LED bulbs d. 1 MicroSd reader module e. 1 Speaker:

  1. 1 Arduino UNO
  2. 5 micro 9g servos (Only one Working at a time)
  3. 2 small LED bulbs
  4. 1 MicroSD reader module
  5. 1 Speaker

Can I power my arduinoArduino UNO with a common 9v Battery?? I

I also have in mind to use an external power supply for servos...But but what to use ??
